This sub-forum is for users who have a bug to report, crashes, stability issues, etc. If you need help for using the framework, please go to the General Discussion forum.
Before posting, you may want to do a search for a bug, before reporting it. Also make sure that you have the latest version installed.
When posting, make sure that you provide as much precise information as possible:
-Your computer specs
-Which version of the framework you are using
-What file format
-What plugins you are using
-When does the crash/problem occur exactly?
-Can you recreate the problem? (If you can, what is your precise workflow)
-Is the same using a different project? If not, what's the difference between the two?
-Screenshots, we love those
-If the framework crashed, can you send us an excerpt from the browser console?
-etc..
